Planning of added construction and building renovation / 170 square meters / Tel Aviv
Planning of added construction of "Duplex" on an existing roof includes the renovation of the building facades, lobbies, area development and adding an elevator and parking spaces. The building is located in central Tel Aviv, Rothschild complex, and is included in the area defined as "the White City". The addition was substantially designated for the residents of the building as part of the will to preserve the building which was one of the most prestigious in the period of its construction but there were compatible planning considerations for urban renewal in general and the characteristics of luxury housing in this region in particular.
