Planning of added construction for a commercial building / 400 square meters / Hod Hasharon
This design was for a private customer with commercial considerations, net to improve the options of yield utilization of the asset it owns. As part of the urban renewal commercial building owners seek to take advantage of the benefit options for the buildings they own. This building is designed for trading without parking spaces. Reviewing the options of adding parking spaces using several channels led to the decision to hang the building and add underground parking. Improving the building access to cars and the building renovation will allow for the property owners to enjoy significant improvement in monthly returns and will enable attracting wealthy customers.
